Managing Partner

After over 30 years in the tech industry, I currently am the Managing Partner of C2S Consulting, LLC in Puerto Rico. I am responsible for

  • Leading the go-to-market strategy.
  • Overseeing the consulting services, and the relationship with vendors and Independent Software Vendor and administrative functions of C2S.

I was the IBM GBS Puerto Rico & VI leader within IBM’s Global Business Services division between January 2003 and June 2012. In my role, I supervised all aspects of the consulting business, including marketing, sales, delivery, training, finance and operations.

I’ve had experience in providing consulting services to both the private and public sector. Prior to joining IBM, I was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC) and prior to PwC, I worked with Citibank and also as a Consultant for a major international insurance Group, in Venezuela.

At IBM, I managed ERP implementations and several large-scale reengineering and change implementation efforts, including companies in Venezuela, Colombia, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.
