Hurricane Maria caused major structural damage to families, homes, businesses and government facilities in Puerto Rico. This unfortunate event triggered the displacement of thousands of residents from their homes and jobs. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Relief (“’CDBG-DR”’) Program is distributing appropriated funds to Puerto Rico in response to Hurricane Maria and Puerto Rico Department of Housing (“PRDOH”) is the governmental agency designated by the Governor of Puerto Rico as the Grantee of the CDBG-DR funds allocated to Puerto Rico. Under the Public Law 115-56, requires that the allocated funds from the CDBG-DR Program need to be used to address unmet needs for long-term recovery and restoration of infrastructure, including housing and economic revitalization in the most impacted areas.
C2S, Consulting LLC organized an event to explore and understand how technology and Hyland’s products can contribute to develop projects for long-term recovery and restoration of infrastructure and housing and economic revitalization.
