During the month of October 2019, we performed our Human Improving Tool event with more than forty customers of multiples industries and geographies.
Our Human Capital Leader Manuel Torrealba explained new trends and methodologies to support the operation, from the initial hiring process of the staff to separation. He shared innovative ways to hire people using new tools and strategic approaches. Manuel Jose Luis Martinez complemented Torrealba’s presentation by providing a general tour of SAP Success Factor as a technology solution to improve and support the Human Capital Area.
